(3) Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent. (4) Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand English (KGTE) or its equivalent. (5) Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent.
