The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of High School Teacher (Arabic) in Education exam on 30-05-2025 under category no 137/2025 – 144/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an High School Teacher (Arabic) in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹ 41,300-87,000/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. The last date of application will be 16-07-2025.

Qualifications	A Degree in Arabic or a Degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. OR a Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher’s Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET, Category III) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemption: CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D in respective subject / M.Ed holders are exempted from KTET.
Notes	District-wise application restrictions apply – candidate can apply only to one district. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. BA (Arabic and Islamic History) double main from Calicut University is eligible (G.O (MS) No. 114/18/G.Edn). The selection is district-based and transfer to another district is restricted for 5 years.
