Qualifications	Plus two or its equivalent. Typewriting English (lower) KGTE/MGTE or its equivalent. Those who have passed the KGTE Typewriting before January 2002, should produce separate certificate in Computer word processing or its equivalent obtained after a course of study of minimum 3 months duration from an institute recognized by Govt.
Notes	Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Candidates in this category are not entitled to the benefit of Differently Abled candidates. The Commission will conduct a competitive test. Candidates who secure 40 % and above marks in the test are eligible to be included in the Ranked list. Equivalent/higher qualifications as per government orders will also be considered.
