The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Police Constable (Trainee) (Armed Police Battalion) in Kerala Police Service exam on 30-04-2025 under category no 34/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Police Constable (Trainee) (Armed Police Battalion) in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹ 31,100 – 66,800/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. The last date of application will be 04-06-2025.

Age Limit

18–31 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included).,Upper age relaxed up to 41 years for ex-servicemen.

Qualifications

Pass in HSE (Plus Two) or equivalent. Those who failed in Plus Two may be considered if enough qualified candidates are unavailable.
Must meet physical standards: Height 160 cm, Chest 76 cm (minimum 5 cm expansion)
Visual standards: 6/6 vision both eyes without glasses
Must qualify any 5 of 8 events in National Physical Efficiency Test One Star Standard

Notes

Women and differently abled candidates are not eligible.
Physical and visual standards strictly enforced.
Medical certificate required from Government Medical Officer for fitness verification.
Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable.
