The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Welder in Health Services exam on 30-08-2025 under category no 292/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Welder in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹25,100 – 57,900/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. The last date of application will be 03-10-2025.

Age Limit

19-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.

Qualifications

National Trade Certificate in Welding Trade.

Notes

Ranked List will be prepared for Kozhikode District and shall remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years.
4% of fresh vacancies reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates as per G.O(P) Nos. 14/2024/SJD dated 29.10.2024 and 13/2024/SJD dated 17.10.2024.
Selection will be made on a revenue district basis. Candidates appointed in one district are not eligible for transfer to another district unless they complete five years of continuous service.
Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again, but can apply to higher/lower posts when notified.
KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
Equivalent/higher qualifications approved by Government executive orders or standing orders will also be considered.
Profile corrections made after the last date for receipt of applications will not be reflected in the application.
