Age Limit

18-40; Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. Provisional hands working in Kerala State Poultry Development Corporation Ltd. may receive age relaxation equivalent to their provisional service, subject to a maximum of five years and the conditions specified in the notification. Regular employees of the concern are not eligible for this concession for further appointment.

Pass in Plus Two or equivalent
Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam and English (KGTE) with Computer Word Processing or its equivalent
Lower Grade Certificate in Shorthand Malayalam and English (KGTE) or its equivalent

Notes

Candidates who passed the KGTE Typewriting examination before January 2002 must possess a separate certificate in Computer Word Processing or its equivalent, obtained after a course of study of minimum three months duration.
Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
Qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to the prescribed qualification, and higher qualifications that presuppose the prescribed lower qualification, will also be accepted subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
4% of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates as specified in G.O.(Rt) No.136/2025/SJD dated 06.06.2025.
The selected candidate shall be on probation for two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
The Ranked List will remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
No application fee is required.
If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile within the prescribed period.
