The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Assistant Engineer (Soil Conservation) in Soil Survey and Soil Conservation exam on under category no 696/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Assistant Engineer (Soil Conservation) in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹ 55,200-1,15,300/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. Qualifications

Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Civil Engineering or its equivalent

Notes

Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
Equivalent or higher qualifications recognized by Government will also be considered.
Degrees/Diplomas from UGC approved Universities or institutions established by law are acceptable.
4% reservation for differently abled candidates as per G.O(Rt) No.05/2024/SJD dated 07.02.2024.
Selected candidates must undergo prescribed training.
Probation period: 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
Must pass Account Test (Executive Officers) or Account Test (Lower) during probation if not already passed.
