About PSCNET

A free study library for Indian competitive exams — who it is for, how it is arranged, and the rules it is run by.

PSCNET is a study library for Indian competitive exams. It began in 2016 as a set of Kerala PSC notes and now covers ten boards — from state and central government recruitment through the Kerala school scholarship exams to NEET and JEE — with the same ten kinds of material behind each one, so moving from one exam to the next never means learning a new website.

It is read by people preparing on their own: candidates fitting revision around a job, school pupils sitting LSS and USS, and repeaters working through a decade of previous papers. That is the whole design brief. Everything on the site opens without an account, works on a phone, and can be downloaded and read offline.

How PSCNET is run

Four rules the site has been built to. They are the reason it looks the way it does.

Free, with nothing to sign up for

Every notification, syllabus, question paper and mock test opens straight from the page. There is no account on this website, no locked PDF and no trial period — the Android app is where the optional premium tools live, and the site does not depend on it.

Answers, not just questions

Question sets carry their answer keys, and a mock test is built to its board’s real pattern — section split and negative marking included — with a worked solution behind every question. A score with no explanation teaches nothing.

In the language the exam is written in

Kerala PSC material runs in Malayalam alongside English, and TNPSC in Tamil, because that is how those papers are set. Current affairs, GK sets and constitution questions all have Malayalam editions.

Updated on the Commission’s clock, not ours

Notifications, results and current affairs go up daily. Model questions and mock tests are added weekly. A syllabus page is revised whenever the board publishes a change, not on a schedule of our own.

Where to find PSCNET

The website is the whole library. These are the places new material is announced as it goes up.

What PSCNET is not

PSCNET is an independent publisher. We are not Kerala PSC, TNPSC, UPSC, SSC or any other recruiting board or examination authority, and we have no access to your application, your hall ticket or your result. Always confirm dates and eligibility against the official notification before you apply.
