Age Limit

Category – I [Open Market]: 20-31. Only candidates born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) with usual relaxation to SC/ST and OBC. Category – II [Constabulary]: 20-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included).

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate
Height – 167 cm (160 cm for SC/ST candidates; Taller persons given preference)
Chest Measurement – 81 cm with minimum expansion of 5 cm (76 cm for SC/ST candidates)
Visual standards (without glasses): Distant vision 6/6 snellen, Near vision 0.5 snellen for both eyes

Notes

Women and Differently Abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post.
Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
Proficiency in Sports, Military training and membership in NCC will be considered as desirable qualification.
Candidates should produce a medical certificate in the prescribed form from a Medical Officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon.
