Confidential Assistant Gr. II (Ex-Servicemen only) – NCC – 352/2025

The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Confidential Assistant Gr. II (Ex-Servicemen only) in NCC exam on 30-08-2025 under category no 352/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Confidential Assistant Gr. II (Ex-Servicemen only) in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹27,900 – 63,700/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. The last date of application will be 03-10-2025.

Qualifications	Pass in Plus 2 or its equivalent Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent (those who passed KGTE Typewriting before January 2002 must have separate Computer Word Processing certificate) Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand English (KGTE) or its equivalent Lower Grade Certificate in Short Hand Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent All qualifications must be acquired before the last date of receipt of application Certificates from Typewriting institutions and IMC certificates will not be accepted
Notes	This is the First NCA Notification for Thiruvananthapuram district. Mother Ranked List: Category No. 396/2020, published on 23.01.2025 for Thiruvananthapuram district. Only E/T/B community Ex-Servicemen candidates shall apply. 5-year service condition not applicable for transfers to Idukki, Wayanad, and Kasaragod districts (this concession is available only once in career). Candidates already holding this post in any district are prohibited from applying again. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Equivalent/higher qualifications approved by Government orders will also be considered.
