Qualifications	Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from a recognised University / Institution. Three years experience in the line from a Statutory Body from Central or State Government Service or in Public Sector Undertaking or Registered Private Sector Undertaking.
Notes	Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. The Experience should be the one acquired after the acquisition of the basic academic qualifications for the post. Equivalent/higher qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post shall also be sufficient. The Ranked list shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Probation: The probation period is applicable as per the provision of the rules of Oil Palm India Ltd.
