The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Foreman in Kerala State Water Transport exam on 30-04-2025 under category no 98/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Foreman in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹ 39,300 – 83,000/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. The last date of application will be 16-07-2025.

Age Limit	18-41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible. Usual age relaxation applies to SC/ST and OBC candidates.
Qualifications	Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in an automobile workshop, especially in Marine Diesel Engine.
Notes	Proficiency will be assessed through a practical test by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive or standing orders of the Government as equivalent are also acceptable. Proof must be produced when required. Probation period: 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years.
