| Qualifications | Pass in SSLC or its equivalent examination recognized by Government of India or Government of Kerala. Must have a valid Motor Driving License endorsed for all types of transport vehicles (LMV, HGMV & HPMV) and experience for not less than 3 years in driving motor vehicles. |
| Notes | Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Physical standards: Height not less than 168 cms, Chest 81 cms with minimum 5 cms expansion. Minimum height for SC/ST is 160 cm. Must qualify in at least 5 out of 8 items in the physical efficiency test. Appointed candidates shall undergo training for not more than three months in any of the Forest Training Schools. |
