Qualifications

Pass in Plus Two or its equivalent examination
Diploma in Poultry Production conducted by Kerala Agricultural University
OR Diploma in Laboratory Techniques conducted by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University
OR Diploma in Dairy Science conducted by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University
OR Livestock Inspector Training Course

Notes

Applications are invited only from Scheduled Tribe candidates of Kerala State.
Applications from candidates other than Scheduled Tribe candidates will be rejected.
Selection is district-wise and candidates shall apply only for one district.
Candidates advised for appointment in a district are not eligible for transfer to another district before completing five years of continuous service.
Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable.
Equivalent qualifications and higher qualifications recognized by Government Orders will also be accepted.
Probation: Two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
The ranked list will remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years.
