The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Medical Officer (Homoeo) By Transfer in Homoeopathy exam on under category no 041/2026 to 043/2026. Qualifications

Degree in Homoeopathy awarded by any University in Kerala, or any other degree declared equivalent by Universities in Kerala/Government of Kerala or included in the Second Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973
Successful completion of House Surgency/Internship
‘A’ Class Registration with the Registrar of Travancore Cochin Medical Council, Kerala
Should be an approved probationer or Full Member of the Homoeopathy Service as Nurse (Homoeo), Pharmacist (Homoeo), or Clerk

Notes

By transfer appointments are made from Nurse (Homoeo), Pharmacist (Homoeo), and Clerk categories working in the Homoeopathy Department under Category Nos. 041/2026, 042/2026, and 043/2026 respectively.
A ratio of 5:1:1:1 shall be maintained between direct recruitment, Nurse, Pharmacist, and Clerk by-transfer appointments.
If qualified candidates are not available for by-transfer appointment when a vacancy occurs, the vacancy will be filled by direct recruitment from the open quota and the backlog will not be restored.
Reservation rules are not applicable to recruitment by transfer; candidates will be advised strictly according to seniority in the ranked list.
Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
Equivalent qualifications recognized by Government orders and higher qualifications that presuppose the prescribed qualification will also be accepted subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
A Service Certificate in the prescribed format obtained from the Head of the Department must be uploaded with the application and the original must be produced at verification.
The ranked list will remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
No application fee is required.
