The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Operator in Kerala Water Authority exam on 31-12-2025 under category no 735/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Operator in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹ 27,200 - 73,600/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. Age Limit	18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.
Qualifications	Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. National Trade Certificate (NTC) awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training in the trade of Electrician/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle/ Electrical/ Mechanical after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent. OR Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Engineering in Electrical issued by Government of Kerala after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent.
Notes	Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 4% vacancies of the total vacancies reported shall be reserved for eligible Differently Abled candidates with disabilities as specified vide G.O.(P) No.5/2023/SJD dated 01.10.2023. Provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of five years from the upper age limit. Ranked list shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. The probation period is applicable as per the provisions of the Special Rules of the Kerala Water Authority.
