Age Limit

18-40; Only candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible. Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. Provisional hands working in Oil Palm India Ltd may receive age relaxation equivalent to their provisional service, subject to a maximum of five years and the conditions specified in the notification.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Three years experience in the Tool Room of the Engineering Unit of a firm registered under the Companies Act, 1956, or in Central/State Government service, Public Sector Undertaking, or Registered Private Sector Undertaking, with exposure in Inventory Control

Notes

Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
Equivalent qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government, and higher qualifications that presuppose the prescribed lower qualification, will also be accepted subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
The required experience must have been acquired after obtaining the basic academic qualification and before the last date for submitting the application.
The prescribed Experience Certificate must be uploaded at the time of submitting the application; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
Experience certificates must be duly certified by the concerned Controlling Officer/Head of Office of the Government, and their genuineness will be verified.
Probation will be as prescribed under the Special Rules of Oil Palm India Ltd.
No application fee is required.
The ranked list will remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, subject to the conditions specified in the notification.
