| Qualifications | 1 Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. 2 Graduation from a recognized University with JDC/HDC. OR B.com with Co-operation OR B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University EQUIVALENT/HIGHER QUALIFICATION Note:- 1) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. The requirement that the employees should be in service of the Society on the date of 2) appointments will not be applicable to those who were recruited through Kerala Public Service Commission to a post in the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited received for employees of the affiliated Co-operative Societies provided they are continuing in service in that post. In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification , the qualifications recognized by 3) executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.
