| Notes | i. Separate Ranked List will be prepared for above districts for each community in pursuance of this notification. NCA Ranked Lists thus prepared and published by the commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities, which remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the mother Ranked List published for the post in the following dates in the following districts. The Second NCA Notification is issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to LC/AI & Dheevara communities for the post notified after the issuance of the NCA notification as given below. Candidates shall submit application for the post to anyone of the above mentioned districts where the vacancy is existing for the respective community and shall note the name of that district against the relevant column in the online application. Applications should not be sent to more than one district in response to this notification. If applications are sent contrary to the above direction, and if she is selected, her application will be rejected and disciplinary action will be taken against her. iv. In the case of candidates applying for District wise selections in Kasaragod, Idukki and Wayanad districts, Working Arrangement, Deputation, Transfer and Mutual Transfer will not be allowed for at least ten years. If they were appointed from the rank lists of those districts, their promotion will also be limited to those districts. v. The selection in pursuance of the notification will be made on a revenue district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO(MS) No 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue district from the ranked list prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district, even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in GO(P)No 36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified. i. Experience mentioned in item 2 should be the one gained after acquiring the General Educational Qualification prescribed in item 1. ii. The post of Ayah in all the Departments shall be reserved exclusively for women candidates. iii. Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. |
