| Qualifications | Pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in an automobile workshop, especially in Marine Diesel Engine. |
| Notes | Proficiency will be assessed through a practical test by the Kerala Public Service Commission. Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. Qualifications recognized by executive or standing orders of the Government as equivalent are also acceptable. Proof must be produced when required. Probation period: 2 years on duty within a continuous period of 3 years. |
