Age Limit18 - 44. Only candidates born between 02/01/1982 and 01/01/2008 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Candidates belonging to Other Backward Community and SC/ST Community are eligible for usual age relaxation.
QualificationsDegree from a recognized university with HDC/ HDC & BM / JDC OR B.Com with Co-operation OR B.Sc - Co-operation & Banking from Kerala Agriculture University .
LINK EQUIVALENT/HIGHER QUALIFICATIONS Note : i) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection.
ii) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission.
Notesi) The Notification is published for the anticipated vacancies of the above mentioned post.
Vacancies if any further reported from Apex Societies of Co-operative Sector in Kerala other than MATSYAFED will be filled up by apportioning the same in the ratio 1:1 between Part I (General Category) and Part II (Society Category). Vacancies reported from MATSYAFED will be filled up by apportioning the same in the ratio of 5:3:2 between Part I (General Category), Part II (Fishermen/ Dependent of Fishermen category) and Part III (Society Category). The rules of reservation as laid down in the General Rules 14 to 17 of part II of KS&SSR will be followed for appointment from the list.
ii) The Ranked list prepared and published by the Commission for the post shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years, provided that the said Ranked list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked list is published after the expiry of the minimum period of one year. In case no candidate is advised from the ranked list till the expiry of the period of three years, the duration of the ranked lists shall be extended for a further period of one year or till at least one candidate is advised from the list, whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment against the aforesaid vacancies and the apportioned vacancies for the General category reported further during the period of currency of the Ranked list.
iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis.
iv) 4% of vacancies will be reserved for persons with differently abled as per G.O.(P)No.5/2023 SJD dated 01/10/2023.
