Age Limit18-43, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post.
In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 45 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the
Qualifications-
(i) Pass in S.S.L.C or its equivalent qualification.
(ii) A pass Certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-Cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy)/ Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
EQUIVALENT/HIGHER QUALIFICATION Note:- (i) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable.
(ii) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
NotesThe ninth NCA Notification is issued due to paucity of qualified candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community after the issuance of First NCA notification vide Category No.457/2015, Second NCA notification vide Category No.184/2017, Third NCA Notification vide Category No.194/2018, Fourth NCA notification vide Category No.467/2019, Fifth NCA notification vide Category No.361/2020, Sixth NCA Notification vide Category No.636/2021, Seventh NCA Notification vide Category No.549/2022 and Eighth NCA notification vide Category No.
(i) The above vacancy is now in existence. A Ranked list will be prepared for above District in pursuance of this notification for the above Community. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until a candidate is advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the District.

(iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (MS) No.36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991.
Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified.
(iv) In the case of candidates applying for district wise selections in Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod districts working arrangement, deputation, transfer and mutual transfer will not be allowed for at least ten years, if they are appointed from the ranked lists of those districts.
