Age relaxation will be allowed for officers of Technical Education Department to the extent of their service subject to a maximum of 50 years. |
| Qualifications | A pass in Technical High School Leaving Certificate Examination with specialization in the appropriate Trade. OR (i) Pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination or Equivalent AND (ii) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate Trade/ Pass in Kerala Government Certificate in Engineering Examination in the appropriate Trade/ Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate Course in the appropriate Trade. |
| Notes | Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS &SSR is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order/ equivalency certificate. The Degrees/ Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an Act passed by Parliament/ State Legislative Assembly are acceptable. |
