The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) Arabic in Kerala Higher Secondary Education exam on 31-07-2025 under category no 225/2025 & 226/2025. Candidates who are interested in working as an Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) Arabic in the state of Kerala with a pay scale of ₹ 45,600-95,600/-, can now apply for the exam through the official KPSC website. The last date of application will be 03-09-2025.

Age Limit

20-45; Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Arabic with not less than 45% marks
B.Ed in Arabic acquired after a regular course of study
Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher

Notes

Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable.
Higher Secondary School Teacher (Junior) means Part-time post of Higher Secondary School Teacher.
Persons who have acquired M.Ed in the subject concerned are exempted from B.Ed qualification.
Weightage marks will be awarded for non-qualifying degrees such as M.Phil and Ph.D.
In the absence of B.Ed Degree holders, candidates with Master’s Degree (45% marks) and SET will be considered, provided they acquire B.Ed within five years.
