| Notes | (i) This is the Third NCA notification issued due to the paucity of qualified candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community after the issuance of 1 st NCA notification vide Category No.119/2024 Gazette dated 15.05.2024 and 2 nd NCA notification vide Category No. 171/2025 Gazette dated 17.06.2025. (ii) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List prepared and published by the Commission for the above district in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above mentioned community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the Ernakulam District as mentioned below. (iv) (a) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a revenue district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS) No.154/71/PD dated, 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue district from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O.(P)No.36/91/P&ARD dated 02/12/1991. But as per G.O(P) No. 12/96/P&ARD dated 16.03.1996, the condition of five years service is not applicable for transfer to the districts Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod. The concession will be available only for getting transfer out of these districts. And these concessions will be granted only once in the career of a Government servant. (b) In the case of candidates applying for district wise selections in Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod districts working arrangement, deputation, transfer and mutual transfer will not be allowed for at least ten years, if they are appointed from the ranked lists of those districts. Their promotion will also be limited to those districts (subject to the condition that post/vacancy exist in the district along with the willingness) (G.O(Ms) No. 6/2026/P&ARD dated 22.01.2026). (c) Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified. 2) Proficiency in driving Heavy Duty Vehicles will have to be proved through a practical test including 'T' Test and Road Test conducted by P.S.C. Those who pass 'T' Test will alone be permitted for Road Test. 3) Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. |
