Geophysical Assistant – Ground Water Department – 190/2025

The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Geophysical Assistant in Ground Water Department exam on 31-07-2025 under category no 190/2025. Age Limit	18-36; [Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates.
Qualifications	M.Sc Degree in Geophysics with not less than 50% marks. In the absence of candidates with the above qualification, Masters Degree in any branch of Physics with not less than 50% marks.
Notes	Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. Equivalent/higher qualifications as per Government orders will also be considered. Every person appointed to the post shall be on probation for a total period of two years duty within a continuous period of three years, during which they must pass a departmental test.
