The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has announced that they are inviting applications for the post of Mortuary Technician Gr. Method of appointment

Direct Recruitment from the candidates belonging to the Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Scheduled Caste & Muslim Communities only.

Age Limit

18-39 for Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava & Muslim (born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2007). 18-41 for Scheduled Caste (born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007).

Qualifications

Plus two (Science) or its equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology course from an NMC recognized University/Institution OR Diploma in MLT conducted by the DME or from a medical college/institution recognized by the NMC.
One year experience as Mortuary Technician acquired from any Central/State Government Institutions.
Registration with Kerala Paramedical Council.

Notes

Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
Equivalent/higher qualifications recognized by Government orders will be considered.
Experience certificate must be produced in the prescribed format and is subject to verification.
Probation: Two years on duty within a continuous period of three years.
